Behind the buzzwords
Born and raised in New Jersey, I studied clinical psychology and began my career as a Peace Corps Volunteer (Senegal) and nonprofit program manager. I bring my deep social sector experience and human-centered mindset into my product design work, and it is incredibly important to me to love the work I do and the people I do it with. I've worked in a wide range of industries in recent years as a Senior Experience Design Consultant with Thoughtworks, mostly concentrating on 0-1 product development but occasionally dipping my toes into enterprise solutions and platform modernization.
I've recently moved to London with my husband and our 6-year-old Boston Terrier, Chaloupa. He can't see very well, but he thinks London smells lovely. When we're not working, you can find us riding our Brompton bikes around town, having picnics in the park with the dog, wandering markets, and exploring the amazing food scene (I'm becoming concerned about my sausage roll habit).

I build intuitive mental models for emerging technologies, integrating generative AI into user workflows while maintaining deep critical judgment. I specialize in mitigating user trust gaps by designing for agentic UI paradigms, multimodal experiences, and graceful system failures.
